What is Class I 、Class II and Class III Lighting Fixture

Class I lighting fixture refers to the safety protection to be protected by grounding. That is to say, the input line is three lines, namely: live line, neutral line, ground line. The shell of the lamp is connected with the ground wire. 

Class II lighting fixture refers to the fitting which has no grounding line, and the input line is only the fire line and the neutral line. The safety protection is protected by the insulation outside the lamp. 

Class III lighting fixtures refers to the fitting which is in low voltage input. Mainly for lamps with input DC voltage below 36V.
